The Old Mill Boathouse is located in beautiful Port Moody and is a premier waterfront location to hold your special event or meeting. Our facility is suited for groups of up to 100 people maximum. View our photos at the bottom of this page.

NO SMOKING – Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property or at the Park. The Old Mill Boathouse is a City of Port Moody-owned building, and it is designated 100% smoke-free. Smoking Regulation Bylaw No. 2773.
PARKING – There is time-restricted free parking at Rocky Point Park, some on-street parking, and accessible transit, as well as the West Coast Express parking lot nearby. There is no parking on the Old Mill Boathouse site, however, we do have a loading zone and drop off in front of the stairs by the elevator to load and unload only. We are an active Boathouse therefore there will be teams and boats continually using the driveway.
